Description
The tract name is Patty Creek Ontonagon River East REIT This parcel is located in Rockland Township, Ontonagon County. It is located near the Victoria Dam. This remote parcel is located about .6 miles north of Old Victoria and a quarter mile SW of the Ontonagon River as the crow flies. The property is in Michigan’s CFA program. It would have to be removed from the program to build on it. There are plenty of sites to build on. The property has uninsurable access along a good logging road off of the Victoria Dam Road. This would be a cash only sale. The 40 acres was logged a while back and consists mostly of a young, well stocked aspen stand. There are areas of larger timber along the Minnesota Creek. Minnesota Creek flows through the tract. This 40 is located in an area with plenty of wildlife for the hunter and is adjacent to 1,000’s of acres of corporate CFA land and USA National Forest lands. It is excellent habitat for white-tailed deer, black bear, grouse, rabbit, and other mammals and birds. Hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, atving, hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, and boating, are some examples of area outdoor activities. All information believed accurate but not warranted. All measurements (acres, lot size, etc.) are estimated or were provided by the seller.
