Property Search and MLS Data

Property listings on the Site are provided in part through the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program of the Upper Peninsula Association of REALTORS (UPAR) MLS. IDX information is provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use and may only be used to identify properties you may be interested in purchasing. Listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS.

When you search for or inquire about properties, that activity may be associated with the contact information you provide so that an agent can follow up with you.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the Site functioning properly, and help us understand how the Site is used. We also use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, which set their own cookies to measure traffic and usage patterns.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
