Kevin Liimatta provided our family with the most outstanding realtor service. We were faced with a challenge, selling an elderly family member's home. Due to many unforeseen obstacles during the course of the home selling, the process was lengthy, and extremely stressful. Kevin was a rock of calm and knowledge throughout this ordeal. He was steadfast in his efforts to achieve a successful outcome and we are grateful for all he did to help us through a most trying time for our family. Kevin has our highest recommendation as a realtor! He is a tremendous person.

Warren Mandrell

Kevin with State Wide Real Estate in Houghton did a great job for us! He handled multiple things for us as we were not local. He was a great communicator and we felt taken care of throughout the listing, sale and closing of our family home! Highly recommend.

Kathy Kangas

Very professional and knowledgeable. Genuinely cares about finding their customers the right home, rather than just trying to make a sale.

Toby McGrath

Keven and Steve were wonderful to work with. Responsive and knowledgeable, they made the home buying experience pleasant and stress free.

Jessica Phillips

As I write this, it has been about 6 months since I purchased land in the area. It was important to buy the right place because I plan to build a home for my retirement there. I had several places of interest picked out, but Kevin found a far better location. He spent a great deal of time with us and knew far more about how to find what I wanted than I did! He is a genuine and helpful person, and I will be always eternally grateful for this. The bottom line is that Kevin Liimata will put your needs first along with using his knowledge of the Keewenaw.

Brock M
